Thermory's barrel sauna lineup spans three families and fourteen configurations, from a two-person retreat to a six-person barrel with a covered entry porch. Each one is presented here as an interactive 3D model you can spin, step inside, and compare before ordering.
Every kit ships shell-only for DIY assembly — the heater is always a separate purchase. The barrels are made in Estonia from thermally modified spruce staves and are backed by Thermory manufacturer warranty.

Every model is built from the same construction system: pre-cut 1.57 in thermally modified spruce staves that interlock around the barrel form, thermo-aspen benches and floor, stainless steel tension bands with turnbuckles that cinch the staves tight as the wood settles, and wooden cradle skids that support the barrel off the pad.
The full-height door and, on window models, the panoramic rear pane are 8 mm smoked tempered glass. A black EPDM rain-jacket roof membrane is included with every kit to shed rain and snow, so there is no separate shingle roof to build.
No Thermory barrel includes a heater. Each kit ships as a flat-packed DIY shell, which keeps the kit price honest and lets you match the stove to your climate and wiring. Two adults typically assemble a barrel in about one day with ordinary hand tools.
SaunaDesignPro recommends the wall-mounted HUUM DROP, sized per model from 4.5 kW for the two-person barrels up to 9 kW for the full-length Large 60 bodies. In North America the DROP is wired for 240/208 V, so plan on a licensed electrician running a dedicated circuit before delivery.
The model chips switch a single live viewer between all fourteen configurations. Inside the viewer you can orbit the barrel, step through exterior, front, top, and interior cameras, show dimension guides, and toggle the shell, benches, window, porch, and a preview of the recommended heater placement.
Because every kit ships shell-only, the heater is hidden by default and appears only when you toggle it on.

Ignite is a thermally charred, brushed, soot-free black exterior finish on the same barrel bodies — the shou-sugi-ban look without the mess. The interior stays natural aspen, and every Ignite kit includes the upgraded two-tier interior bench. Ignite comes on four bodies: the No. 52 and No. 54 Cozy barrels plus the No. 60 porch model and the six-person No. 62.
