A freestanding outdoor sauna family in 3-, 5-, and 6-person footprints with an insulated roof and wall assembly, an 8 mm tempered-glass entry door, insulated double-pane windows, exterior lighting, and a FERO 9.0 kW heater.
The Kohler C2 Outdoor Sauna is Kohler’s freestanding outdoor line. Every size includes an integral floor, a two-layer mineral-wool roof with an air gap and EPDM membrane, an 8 mm tempered entry door, insulated double-pane windows, exterior perimeter lighting, and a FERO 9.0 kW heater. Site drainage, structure, electrical service, access, wind, snow, and local code still need project-specific verification.

Site planning
- Prepare a level, well-drained, load-verified outdoor site and keep the rear exhaust and working clearances unobstructed.
- Kohler documents compacted gravel with concrete pavers and provided ground nails, or a suitable concrete pad with fasteners selected separately for the site.
- All C2 sizes require a dedicated 220–240V, 50A Class A GFCI circuit. The site uses NEMA 14-50R and the sauna inlet is SS2-50P; the required locking cord is not included.
- Confirm setbacks, drainage, anchoring, wind and snow loads, structural capacity, access, and permitting with the local authority or engineer before delivery.

Kohler’s official product drawing lists a 116.1 by 108.3 by 90.4 inch maximum roof envelope, while the current official CAD file is about 0.6 inch larger in width and depth. Reserve at least 117 by 109 by 91 inches before adding installation and code clearances, and verify the final order documents before site work.
