Critical differences
Uses the shallow 31 in x 13 in x 33 in Virta Pro public product envelope. The official 3D SAT is published as HL220; the app uses a size-derived shallow GLB from that Harvia CAD source.

Uses the shallow 31 in x 13 in x 33 in Virta Pro public product envelope.
The official 3D SAT is published as HL220; the app uses a size-derived shallow GLB from that Harvia CAD source.
Shares the large Virta Pro HL220 CAD body in the app because Harvia maps HL20U3UL to asset 3745.
Current Harvia public page lists 264.6 lb stones and 354-1130 cu ft room volume for HL20U3UL.
Current Harvia HL220400 public page lists 30.71 in x 16.14 in x 31.89 in and 308.7 lb stones.
Virta Pro safety/sensor technical sheets cover HL135, HL160, and HL220; expose HL135 only when a current product/SKU record is available.
Harvia Virta Pro is listed as commercial grade in SaunaDesignPro.
Virta Pro now uses size-specific CAD-backed bodies: HL160E gets the shallow 31 in x 13 in x 33 in envelope, while HL200E and HL220 use the larger 30.71 in x 16.14 in x 31.89 in body.
Current Harvia public rows list HL160U1UL at 200 lb stones and 354-918 cu ft, HL20U3UL at 264.6 lb stones and 354-1130 cu ft, and HL220400 at 308.7 lb stones and 777-1130 cu ft.
Virta Pro safety distances are stricter than standard Virta: the HL135-HL220 safety sheet lists 50 mm sides for HL135 and 80 mm for HL160/HL220 plus 1290 mm above the stones to the ceiling, and the manual sets a 2100 mm (about 83 in) minimum room height - the planner enforces 80 mm sides, 1290 mm ceiling clearance, and a 84 in minimum ceiling.
Virta Pro sensor placement: a wall sensor above the heater 50-150 mm below the ceiling, moving to a ceiling-mounted sensor 100 mm out when the heater sits more than 150 mm from the wall.
The 3745 Virta Pro HL220 SAT is the official 3D source retained for the large body; the HL160 asset is a size-derived shallow variant because Harvia does not publish a separate current HL160 3D SAT in the saved catalog.
